Since buying our home in 1987, we have put in a new septic system and an addition. We moved here in 2000, put in a new furnace, all Anderson windows, new doors & installed vinyl siding & wrap-around deck. We then raised the roof for a full 2nd floor, including large master with cathedral ceiling, full bath, walk-in closet, guest room, & more closet space & attic. We partially finished the basement, including a bathroom & closet & large shelves for storage in the back. We then totally renovated the kitchen, put in an island, pantry, & first floor laundry. In 2004 we built a 2-car garage with storage above, put in a paved driveway, and landscaped. All flooring has been updated, as well as bathroom fixtures, lighting, and appliances . It has a right of way to Thomas Pond as well as water & sunset views. It is usually cooler in the summer with a breeze from the lake. There are large trees for shade. A beautiful flower garden enhances curb appeal. The neighbors are friendly.
