I was able to raise 2 children here; who have since moved away. The floors throughout the home has been completely redone. The bathroom upstairs just remodeled this summer. I love all the rooms in my home, but my absolute favorite is the three season porch. The 5 foot sliding Windows allow for a fabulous breeze. On hot days put the ceiling fans on. Some mornings I would see deer in the meadow. At Christmas I would put my 9ft tree out there. Yes, we celebrated Christmas on the porch. 2 electric space heaters warms the room right up. The other room everyone enjoyed is the family room in the walk out basement. The granite bar, window sills and banister down to the room add a nice touch. The kids loved having their friends come over and hang out down there. It was also great way to get a break from the kids and adult tv. We enjoyed entertaining our friends in that room. Super bowl parties were a big hit.

It's sad to leave such a wonderful home. The memories of my children growing up will be cherished for years to come. It's a great family neighborhood! Halloween is a big to do in the development. We recently had a block party to meet and greet new neighbors. I know it might be hard to imagine without furniture, but there are no hidden surprises at closing when all the furniture had been removed.

I wouldn't even move, but I do not need all that space for one person!!
