Enjoy summer days on the shore of Baboosic Lake! This charming seasonal cottage has been family owned since 1952 and although it was originally built in 1898 it was totally renovated from the "inside out" in 1995. The basement and foundation, which was originally mostly only stone boulders, was reinforced with beams and a cement slab was poured for the flooring; the walls were insulated; baseboard heating was installed in the 2nd floor bedrooms; and the porch was literally taken off, built again and new windows were installed. The cabin wide screened in porch overlooks the lake and a secluded cove. You can eat in the kitchen or on the porch while you watch the children swim. A bedroom, kitchen, and living room make up the first floor and a spiral staircase takes you up to two bedrooms on the second floor.

Summer will find you swimming, fishing, and boating and you can skate and ice fish in the wintertime. If you prefer a sandy beach to lake swimming you can take a short walk to the town beach. "Sold As Is"…  More Less
