A large deck in back allows you to sit quietly enough to see birds come right up to the feeders in place.What I love about the homeAccess across the street to Long Pond, a lake which allows swimming and boating. The 1.09 acre lot is completely wooded with no houses behind it. There are many birds in the area that can be enticed with bird feeders. Birds include, nuthatches, gold finches, chickadees, woodpeckers, doves, and many more besides. It is a quiet, restful location on a dirt road that is maintained year long by the Long Shore Lot Owner's Association for $200 a year fee per household. The country air is a welcoming sensation when coming out of the city.
