May we talk frank? This home has an absolute great location at the north end of the beach, very close to Boar''s Head but it does need lots of work. The same owner has resided here for many years and is just not capable of doing the maintenance anymore. The second floor has excellent views along with a private, roof top deck. The "bones" are good with a 2 year old furnace and newer roof. If you''re willing to do an entire update inside, including kitchen & baths, then look closely. Remember- GREAT location & MARVELOUS views!
