We love entertaining in this home. The great room easily sits 12 adults comfortably. The kitchen seats 10. So you can have a crowd visiting in the great room, a crowd hanging out in the kitchen, four sitting in the sitting room off of the kitchen and kids playing in the basement all at one time. Be prepared to host all of your family's holiday gatherings! We love the screen-in porch that opens to the deck. It is the perfect set up for all those summer BBQs. The deck is built around a giant boulder that is a kid magnet. My son loves the backyard! There is so much to explore and lots of woods to build forts. My daughter loves tending to her chickens, playing on her swing set and biking in the driveway. Mom loves that she can see her kids playing in the backyard right from the kitchen window.
