Driveway parks 2-3 vehicles with off street parking during daytime hours. Home needs a little TLC. We put in a NEW water heater last summer. Coated the roof. Have kept up on maintenace of the furnace & condenser. We redid the dining room, living room, hallway, both back bedrooms and main bathroom floors. Bedrooms need painted. All main appliances stay; stove/oven, fridge/freezer, washer & dryer. Siding needs finished on the back side of home. Home is very livable. Nothing major is wrong.
