Many opportunities available to become involved in Town of Derry activities. Condo is located near many conservation areas in Derry allowing cross country skiing, snow shoeing, walking. Rail Trail is very close for walking, dog walking, paved bike path. A granite ledge runs along the back yard to the end of the driveway with big trees planted in the back yard along the ledge while the front yard contains a perennial flower bed all along the drive, shade trees. Condo has good shade almost all day long with shade from trees in back and shade trees in front yard. Lawn area compliments trees and is easily maintained. Easy access to I-93, short distance to shopping in Londonderry, restaurants, businesses, shopping north in Manchester, south in Salem, and 45 minutes from Boston.
