This has been a wonderful home and neighborhood to raise our family. There is plenty of room for outdoor activities throughout the surrounding area, including nearby Lum's Pond and The Brennan Pool. The elementary school is in walking distance and the district has excellent academic and sports programs with all the benefits of private schooling while still public.

Delaware, Maryland and New Jersey beaches are only about 2 hours away. The major East Coast cities and airports of Washington, DC; Baltimore, MD; Philadelphia, PA; and New York City are also in a 2 hour radius. It is a terrific place for "staycations" and vacations.
