This house is larger than it appears. Pictures don?t do it justice, must be seen in person. Hardwood floor in the living room, eastern yellow pine floors in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Many custom built-ins make for great organized storage especially for kids. Basement large enough for a small workshop with built in benches. Small yard makes for minimal easy maintenance so Saturdays aren?t spent mowing the lawn. Fun home with lots of character, come make it your own!What I love about the homeGreat cozy home. Small lot was great for a busy schedule requiring little time invested in yard work. Fantastic neighbors in a quiet neighborhood! Many updates made in the 9years we owned it including boiler, Windows, bathrooms, etc.
