This house enjoys plenty of sunlight. It has a big kitchen where you can eat your meals while contemplating the beautiful garden. The house is very easy to clean and has plenty of closets to keep organized. It is one of the few houses in the neighborhood that has Central AC, so you will be comfortable without breaking the bank. Basement has been waterproofed and furnace is top of the line and new.
