…  More Less What I love about the homeThis neighborhood can't be beat! Shopping, schools highway access all within five minutes. The large lot provides suburban like privacy in a park like setting within the city. The sunny back yard has ample room for gardening and a pool if you want one. The views across the rock garden and lawn, to the mature oaks and hemlocks on the hill, make you forget you are in town. Its wonderful! There is plenty of room on a second driveway for big boy toys (RVs, boats etc.) and the shop space below the garage to work on them! We love single level living and this home has been described as a 3 bedroom colonial on one floor. Although many features have been updated, the house has mid-century charm. The large rooms and large windows allow for a lot of natural light and this makes the home very livable.
