This home has a safe (protected) dock! This is a real plus!! You _need_ safe, protected docking for your boat if you're on the water. The safe dock is protected - it's in a nice cove - about 300 feet from the cottage - and the cove opens to the South - affording protection from the West, North and East winds

The 2nd cottage is also pretty special.
