Amazing foliage in the neighborhood and in the golf course near by in the autumn. As part of the condo association fees you don't have to shovel or plow during the winter, and the entire area is landscaped and maintained beautifully and regularly. The pool is also totally taken care of and gorgeous! This unit is in a building that has recently replaced and upgraded the sprinkler system and has been repainted. We also love the 3rd floor loft with deck, from which we can see local fireworks during Independence Day celebrations and a lovely view of mountains in the distance.
