One of the things that drew us to this house when we first bought it is how it represents New England so beautifully. It has SO much character such as wide stairways and hallways, pillars, pine floors, cozy rooms, etc. but it also has some amazing contemporary features such as central air, a wet bar (including a fridge & keg underneath), a chef's kitchen and a complete open concept first floor. The combination of the two make it fantastic for entertaining.

We trust the future new owners love and adore this home as much as we have the past several years. One of our favorite features is the sprawling farmer's porch, and many quiet nights have been spent out on the swing with iced tea and a book. We love our neighbors and our neighborhood too.
