It is a solidly built move-in ready raised brick ranch with walkout basement in an amazing area. Midtown Crossing and Aksarben Village are just a short drive away, you are minutes from the Old Market, up-and-coming Blackstone is down the road, and you can almost say you live in Midtown/Dundee. You also have quick access to I-80.

I invested in updating the plumbing, electrical, replacement windows, and entry door. You also get a newer roof and A/C unit. We had a patio installed off the eat-in kitchen. All these improvements came at an expense: cosmetic upgrades. I could do the cosmetic stuff and increase the price, but I'd rather negotiate with you so you can customize.

This house has great profit potential. Previous owners designed the basement area to be its own unit. You have a hook-up for an electrical range and room for a full size fridge in the kitchen area with sink. The double wide driveway allows for two cars to be parked side-by-side, and there is room for a third car in a shared spot with the neighbor's house. You also have an alley that ends at the rear of the property which gives you potential for a detached garage. It's a great rental due to the proximity to UNO and UNMC. With (rising) interest rates and the current selling price, there is no way you can rent a house for what you will potentially be paying in mortgage.

South 50th street is a straight shot between Center Street and L Street which means you get traffic; however, you also benefit from constant snow removal! Volume picks up during the morning and afternoon rush but is unnoticeable into evening and overnight. You can expect a snow plow at least every 30min which is nice when you need to get somewhere.
