As you walk up to this end unit, you'll notice 2 off street parking spaces reserved for this home. In the entry way, you'll find hardwood floors that run through the kitchen. The eat in kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, a stainless steel stove, double sink, and dishwasher. All appliances are included in the sale. The pass through window, over the sink, gives you a view of the spacious dining and living rooms. The step down living room boasts a clean, operable wood burning fire place for chilly days and cozy evenings. To the left of the fireplace, is a sliding door that exits to an expansive deck, complete with a screened gazebo. The extra large back yard has mature trees and landscaping. Finishing off the main floor, is a conveniently located 1/2 bath. The bathroom door is a beautiful solid oak, as are all other interior doors in the home. At the top of the stairs, you'll find a full bath, 2 bedrooms, and master suite. The master suite has vaulted ceilings, and a large loft which could be used for a home office, sitting area, craft space, or dressing room. 2 large skylights brighten the space, and can be opened for airflow. The master bath has a shower/tub combo and sink vanity with extra storage. You will find the laundry in a large, unfinished basement, with plenty of storage room. The basement has high ceilings, and is a finish-able space. With a little paint and new flooring, you could build quick equity in this promising house! Or, go a step further with updates to the kitchen and bathrooms to transform this into the home of your dreams! This property has been priced below market value to reflect the need for updates! Don't miss out on the opportunity to make this house your home!…  More Less What I love about the homeI have loved this house since the day I moved in, 16 years ago, and it's quite a something to imagine leaving it forever. So...as you come into the home, you begin with an entrance hallway. This provides an added sense of security and guests feel more welcome as they are immediately drawn deeper into your home.

The bay window seat in the front/southward facing kitchen receives both rising and setting sunlight, adds a greater sense of spaciousness and enables you to view your stoop as well as the entire street...a handy line of sight when you're expecting company...or delivery. The sunken living room offers a window view of the sidewalk through Rose of Sharon branches plus a rear facing window with a mature Lilac along its right hand side. The large, 261 sq. ft. deck is awesome, but the screened-in, 81 sq. ft. gazebo is a unique amenity in the neighborhood. Each overlook a shady yard in this surprisingly quiet community. Upstairs, close the door behind you in the master bedroom suite and it can feel like you're a world away. A private bathroom and 14 stairs up to a spacious loft (with two raisable & screened skylights) really provide a sense of distance, and even independence, from roommates/family members. I could go on, of course, (sturdy shelving in the basement, the mulberry tree, the daffodils, the mint, the full length mirror closet doors...plus, it's super convient to nearly every major highway in New Castle County) but those are the things that first come to mind, so let them suffice to say that I think the place is great.
