We were married and had our first child while in this home, so it will always hold a special nostalgic spot in our hearts. The neighborhood is filled with friendly people, including very good adjacent neighbors on either side. We will miss this neighborhood.

We have felt safe here. There are kids routinely playing together outside, up-and-down the street when the weather is nice. The standout for this house is easily the sunroom and deck. We have enjoyed wine many evenings in both locations, and watched many storms from the screened in porch. We have enjoyed hosting many gatherings on the deck, with patio lighting providing a very nice ambience. The foliage surrounding the yard also provides relatively good privacy.
