Do not be concerned about safety, we have a Fire station in Copperfields, less than a mile from the house. The Hansen Avenue neighbors have been nothing short of fantastic! Example: last summer a thunderstorm knocked down a tree in my front yard while I was out of town. The neighbors gathered with chainsaws and had the tree cleaned before I got home.
