Two 250 gallon Propane tanks for heating fuel and it is a forced hot air heating system. Water is heated by electric. Landlord has a dish set up for WiFi coming in. He covers this cost. If tenant wants WiFi going out this is at tenants expense. Landline connection is also available with 2 jacks in place.. Cell phone works great off WiFi. There is a nonrefundable fee for the credit report cost if you submit a rental application. If you decide to submit a rental application, there is a real estate broker fee.
