Welcome to 1819 W. 16th Street: This is a great townhome in the very popular Trolley Square area of the City of Wilmington.

This property was most recently purchased and has gotten major renovations that you will definitely like. One of my favorite areas of this home is the kitchen that just got beautiful granite countertops installed and a terrific "subway" backsplash.
