The park is entrance to a biking/running trail that takes you to Zorinsky Lake! This home is also just five blocks from the elementary school. We love the outdoor space in this home. Breakfast and dinner are always served outside when the weather is nice. We love letting the kids play while we have a nice place to sit with a cold drink on a hot summer day! The backyard is private since we don?t face a backyard of our neighbors. We also love that our neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. We have never had a break-in or any issues in the 11 years we have lived here. We also enjoy the closet space in the master bedroom as well as our own master bathroom. We have been blessed to never have water in our basement, especially when strong rains have come and many of our friends have experienced this in their homes.
