You can sit at the kitchen island and look out front over the seawall and see the ocean. Particularly enjoyable is sitting on the rear deck and enjoying watching wildlife in large, protected salt marsh behind the property. Amazing sunsets, over the marsh in summer and over Rye Harbor in winter. Excellent neighbors on either side.
