Updated kitchen with Corian Countertops, energy efficient spray insulation in the basement and all new windows in 2017.What I love about the homeThis house has been a warm, inviting home for my friends, relatives and myself for over 25 years. Improvements and upgrades have been an ongoing thing. First the roof was replaced with one with a 50 year warranty.( I warned the installer, it would last longer than I would.) The deck was then added so I could enjoy my yard and gardens. The landscaping has been an ongoing process with and ever-increasing assortment of perennials, which have been shared or exchanged with many others. Inside the kitchen and living room have both been completely redone. Kitchen invites people to enjoy coffee in the warmth of a large kitchen. ( many, many cabinets--even one for a stepstool, if you happen to be short as I am. The neighborhood is a quiet, safe place. The house is close to the banks, post office and town office, as well as a variety of restaurants and convenience stores. I would love to have you see for yourself the charm and quirks of an older home.
