Split level home with new roof and exterior paint in 2015. Large fenced backy, that is great for kids to play in. It borders 7 of our neighbors yards.What I Love About The HomeWe can walk up the hill to Star Bucks for a coffee, or walk on the new bike trail towards the Sarpy County YMCA ,which is a just north of our neighborhood about 1 mile. We like on a cul-de-sac at the top of the circle, so we can still see the lights of the neighborhoods to the north towards 72nd and Cornhusker. Back yard has great shade from all of the surrounding old growth trees in our neighbors yard even though we only have one tree in our back yard. New rood in 2015, newer flooring and paint in both bathrooms.
