The garage has a woodstove so if you want to park your car in the driveway on Sunday afternoon to have a football game viewing party inside the garage - you can! Install a big screen in the garage, put the gas grill or smoker just outside of the garage sliders and have an indoor tailgate at your house. I also love the location within the park. It is located across a quiet pond and the yard is so tranquil.
