The house was poorly constructed and layed out, with two horrendous additions that should have never passed a building inspection. The stairs are leaning due to multiple cracked 2nd floor joysts. Rain water poors into the back room and under the hardwood floors in the den area every time it rains. Oh and there is only 3 very awkward bedrooms, the "4th" is the room in the rear that floods and has no closet or any business being listed as a Bedroom. Don't let these people screw you over like they did us, do some research and don't be fooled by the outside photos or you will be highly disappointed!
