Very convenient (under 5 minutes) to the Marsh Road exit of I-95 for your commute to Philadelphia, Baltimore or via Shipley Road to 202 north to West Chester. Sizable deck and hot tub for entertaining with easy access from the brick patio, sun room, or backyard. We really enjoyed using the fire pit, and grilling on the deck with outdoor sink and storage for our grill and hot tub.
