This doll house SCREAMS charming! The open concept first floor with a lot of natural light from two bay windows in the front of the house. The large kitchen includes a breakfast bar and built in desk and still allows for plenty of room for entertaining. Also on the first floor is a full bath with laundry. The second floor has two large bedrooms with skylights and cathedral ceilings; the master also has a sitting area walk in closest area and loft. There is also a third bedroom, which is smaller and does not have a closest, but is listed by the town as a bedroom. The basement is dry and has the house utilities (including being wired for a generator!!!) and can conveniently be used as storage.
