The open-concept layout and architectural design felt more like a house than a condo.

Since we like to entertain, the open-concept kitchen, dining and family room has been perfect for celebrating many family gatherings over the years. We have enjoyed the quiet and friendly neighborhood, especially our dog, Phoebe. She has made a lot of friends with the other neighborhood dogs, it seems every time I take her out for a walk there is at least one other dog outside ready to play with her. The location could not be better! We are a 5-minute drive from the Manchester Airport, which makes it so convenient for us when we travel. We also enjoy going to the beach, hiking in the mountains and going into Boston, and these are all less than an hours drive. There are also lots of activities to do right here in Merrimack. We are 6 minutes away from Wasserman Park where there are baseball fields, courts for tennis, volley ball and basket ball, trails for hiking, x-country skiing and snowshoeing and beach access to Lake Naticook.

On the weekends one of our favorite things to do is take Phoebe hiking on one of the local scenic trails. A couple of our favorite trails are Wildcat Falls and Horse Hill. Another benefit we have enjoyed is being so close to the Merrimack Outlets, it makes it so easy to shop.
